Outdoor excursions are a great way for building teamwork and bring together people from different teams and organization verticals. Recognizing this need, ibex. Organized a two day trip to Gorakh Hill Station for IT & Development teams on December 16 & 17, 2017. Gorakh Hill Station  is situated at an elevation of 5,689 ft. in the Kirthar Mountains at the border of Sind and Balochistan, 94 km northwest of Dadu city. This tourist spot provides a thrilling experience for adventure lovers. Steep roads and high cliffs provide a mesmerizing experience and surprise everyone with its beauty and unique landscape. The tour started from Karachi and took over 10 hours to reach Wahi Pandi - Gorakh Hill Basecamp - via Super Highway and Indus Highway. It took 3 more hours from the base camp on 4x4s to reach the hilltop through some of the most amazing terrains, where steep & winding roads provide a thrilling experience. The top provided a serene landscape view all around the mountain range and especially the night sky was revealing all the secrets of the Milky Way. This is a "must go" place for Star Gazing and Photography enthusiasts. The food served at the resort was amazing and provided a unique blend of local taste & hospitality. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tour and it was a time well spent together. A special thanks to Syed Ashar Ali (PSE UI/UX Team) as all the pictures of the trip were taken by him who is also a very talented professional photographer and does global photography assignments in his free time.
